The Leak Sealing process was invented in the early 1920's to overcome the problems of sealing leaks without interrupting the production process, as the technology of On-Line Under Pressure Leak Sealing in India has wide experience and in-depth knowledge in this specialized field.
The M.S.ENTERPRISES process can seal leaks from sources like flanges, bonnets, valve glands, heat exchanger joints, turbine joints, screwed couplings, pipe lines, etc. and is based on the principle of forming a pressure molded seal "in situ" without shut down, using sealants which are generally thermo-setting in nature and compatible with the line contents and parameters selection of appropriate sealant for a specific job is from a wide range of compounds. A "Chem-check " manual is always referred to the regarding compatibility of the compound with the line contents as well as procedures and precautions to be adopted during the sealing operation.
